UPDATE - BOIL WATER ADVISORY HAS BEEN LIFTED. ALL SAMPLES WERE CLEAR.

UPDATE:
A boil water notice has been issued for the northern part of our system (Ledsinger Road to 17570 Hwy 70) This is precautionary due to a loss of pressure below 20 psi. We are sending samples to the lab and will hear back in approximately 24-36 hours.
Please boil your water for at least 3 minutes and let it cool or use bottled water before drinking, food preparation, brushing teeth, washing dishes or making ice until further notice.
*The water main has been repaired, although you may still experience low water pressure due to flushing of the lines.
*A water main between Dunn and Ledsinger road was hit this morning. We are aware many customers are without water. We ask for your patience as our guys are working as quickly as possible to get the water restored.
*The Cedar Grove Utility District is excited to announce that we will be implementing a new customer portal!
This customer portal allows customers to easily manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, view bills, and enroll in text to pay.
Cedar Grove Utility District is always improving and exploring new ways to give our customers the most reliable and affordable water service possible.

*Water rate increase beginning 7/1/25:
Minimum bill - $25.95 (+ tax ) - includes 0 gallons, $11.00 ( + tax ) per thousand gallons.
FEES
Tap Fees 3/4" (standard) - $1,125.00 plus owner's deposit.
1" - $1,825.00 plus owners deposit.
*Anything larger than 1", customer must pay all cost of installation after CGUD approval of install.
Owner Deposit - $75.00,
Renter Deposit - $150.00.
Reconnection Fee - $50.00,
$100.00 (After hours reconnect)
Meter Install Fee @25.00
(If the meter is taken out due to nonpayment)
NSF Fee - $30.00 charge on all returned payments.
Lock Replacement Fee - $25.00
